Happy TEXAS Independence Day!!!! In honor of it I just drove a load of Organic Pecan Wood up from Jordan's Organic Pecan Farm and Garden, So all this week we will be smoking Pecan instead of our usual mix of Red and White Oak. Come on down and try it out!

Happy black Friday! If your not sick of turkey yet we have something tasty for you. Pulled Turkey baked potato smothered in gravy. It's awesome! Come on down and take a break from the shopping.

Sorry for the late notice, but we did decide to smoke turkeys for Thanksgiving again this year. If you are interested let us know by Monday. We are going to be doing 12 to 14 pound turkeys with pick up between 11 and 1 Thanksgiving day.
